Merchant Card Service - Wireless Mobile - USAePay

Expensive wireless machines are a thing of the past; no longer will you have to pay for Wireless mobile transactions using ePay technology. Wireless ePay works with your existing Java-based (J2ME) phone and over any provider's wireless network. Thus allowing any merchant to process credit cards wirelessly while keeping their retail / swiped rates.

In the past merchants who wanted to process cards outside in the field would either have to take the card and call it into their office, take an imprint of the card and process it when they get back to the office or buy an expensive wireless unit; Wireless ePay is the solution to these problems.

Keep Your Retail Rates
By choosing USAePay you can continue to use your current merchant account in person-to-person transactions where the merchant can actually swipe the card and collect the mag-data, you the merchant can keep the retail rates' instead of the transactions being down graded to Keyed transactions. This is all part of the Retail ePay program where transactions being sent into the gateway with the proper Retail Field outlined in our Gateway API's will get retail rates with the merchant service banks. Wireless ePay has already built this functionality in. At the same time Mail Order and Internet merchants can use the product as well and keep their existing rates as well.

USA ePay's gateway is the most secure gateway on the market and it's mainly because of the Modular Stack Fraud Management in the Console's Fraud Stopper.

Address Verification System
An automatic verification, the gateway will check that the card given for processing and the billing address match with the address in the databases of the credit card provider.

CVV2 / CVC2 / CID System
A 3 digit number located on the back of the Visa, MasterCard or Discover card as well as the 4 digits located in the front of an AMEX. The gateway will verify that this code matches with the card number. This ensures that the customer giving the card does have the card in hand.

Fraud Control Modules
The USAePay Fraud Stopper relies on its Module Stack Design. Each module controls a different aspect of security and the merchants chooses which modules to put on the fraud control stack. Some example of modules are duplicate transaction control, block by country (and/or state, city, zip, name...), auto detection of misuse of toolkit by customer ( blocks a person from using an eCommerce toolkits after certain amount of tried with different cards ), block by IP and many more. The advantage to this design is it allows the merchant to constantly add/change their fraud controls and USAePay is always adding new modules to the Fraud Stopper; always up to date on fraud security issues.

Fraud Stopper also allows the merchant to apply different fraud controls to different sources, so a merchant can have high levels of fraud control on their Shopping Cart but low levels on their console for their own employees.

Buyer Authentication
USAePay is proud to support the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programs. These programs drastically reduce liability from the unauthorized use of credit cards. By adding this extra layer of protection, merchants protect themselves from the costs associated with fraud. You can find out more about this additional form of fraud prevention at our Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode Information Page.
